Siam Sapp Thai Cuisine story starts with the name “Siam” which was the official name before being change to Thailand in the year 1939.
The name “Thailand” translates to “Land of the Free”.
The meaning of “Sapp” which is used or spelled in many different forms translates to spicy or delicious. Leading to the name Siam Sapp Thai Cuisine or Spicy Delicious Thai Cuisine.

As the owner and being raised in a small village community in Southern Thailand I learned the traditional ways of cooking including many of the popular Thai dishes seen and enjoyed today. My dream of opening my own Thai Restaurant came as I seen how many enjoyed the flavors of the Thai dishes from my country. Even though we are a small restaurant you willsee and taste the traditional dishes of Siam Sapp Thai Cuisine are cooked to order with the freshest of ingredients with recipes and values staying with my historical Thai roots!
